This experience includes:
- Initial board up, fencing and securing of the property and the contents within the property
- Dry the structure if necessary
- Inventory and valuation of all non salvagable contents for insurance reimbursement
- Inventory, packout, cleaning, storage and packback of the contents and electronics within the structure
- Perform demolition as necessary for the begining of construction.
- Scope and rebuild the structure including planning, engineering, plan submital, and pulling of applicable permits.
- Work with the insurance company to price and settle the loss with the insured
- Complete work on time on budget
- Insure customer satisfaction throught the entire process
